It has been my goal to learn Priest this year. I fish all three days this weekend with ok luck, Sat I had the day I meant to have with Rob in the tourney last weekend, I fished lay downs way up the east fork, right about where Rob and I fished, only I did much better. I was pitching a black and blue jib way up in the trees, hitting every little hole. I caught 10 nice bass, with 5 keepers, and a 4 pound kicker. Then about 11 am a freakin wake board boat came by, and about swamped my boat, and that was that.. I went back up there Sat evening, but then there was 5 wake board boats up the east fork,. It was very muddy, I caught a couple then moved out into the main river. I caught 10 more, but only a couple that would keep and no bigger fish, Went out Sunday morning and tried some points first thing in the Fate Sanders and Fall Creek areas. Only caught a few dinks, even though there were shad everywhere, SO I went to a secret spot..very near fate sanders and caught 4 keepers, and 5 short fish. I was out of there by 10:30am because of the boat traffic.

Jason, For the most part the fish are done spawning, you might find a stragler but doubt it. For the most part fish secondary points and main lake points. Many fish are already out on the ledges, humps and drops. Fish a jig, C-Rig PB and J brush hogs and big worms. I like Lake Forks 10" Green Pumpkin dipped chartuese tail, which you can get from www.midtnmarine.comThis time of year I usually fish Hobson Pike bridge to the dam. However up river in the mornings can provide great buzz bait action. Let me know how it goes.
